Kathy  Loreti LMT, RPT-  Kathy has been working with clients for over 30 years. She began helping people on their wellness journey as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, which was the foundation of her massage career.

Her keen interest in natural/holistic wellness led her to learn Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Magnified Heaking, Chakras, Flower Essence. lymphatic drainage and more.

Kathy’s specialties include Reiki, Intuitive trauma release as well as overall relaxation massage or focus massage to address an area of injury, to decrease pain and improve function.

Additionally, Kathy practices , Raindrop therapy (essential oils)where each session is uniquely structured to a clients needs and goals as with all of her sessions.

 Julie LMT is an accomplished artist, athlete and musician. Julie brings her knowledge of sports, muscle structure and movement to our team. Her guests benefit from her creative and productive approach to massage, incorporating Muscle Energy Technique, Thai Massage, Bamboo Massage, Sport, Deep Tissue and Stretching into a personalized experience resulting in increased flexibility and decreased discomfort.

Julie has an adventurous and curious spirit. Her time away from Zen usually involves swimming with her team mates, riding gravel trails and single tracks, playing music, sipping rum or taking naps. All of which she doesn't get to do enough.

Christine Marchica, LMT

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since 2005. I graduated from the school of New York Collage of Health Professionals. I have learned many skills over the years. The modalities that I have learned throughout these times are Swedish, Amma, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Sports Massage. I am also a Reiki level 2 practitioner. I feel honored and blessed to be able to share the messages that have been past on to me with my clients.  In many circumstances multiple techniques may be used within one session depending on the persons needs.  I look forward to the time I spend with my clients in helping them feel better and to achieve their goal of having less discomfort and more mobility.
