Its best to arrive 15 mins before your appointment. We have a relaxation room you can relax before and after your spa services.  For your best experience please keep your phone switched off or on silent mode for the duration of your time spent with us.  Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. 

 Share any special needs or preferences with our staff to ensure the best level of service.​ Please let us know if there are any food allergies. Requests for Flowers or Balloons have a addition fee.

Gratuity IS NOT included in your total with the exception of spa packages. Cash is always appreciated - 18% - 25% is customary.  For parties/groups of two or more or individuals or spa packages, a 20% gratuity to all packages. 

 Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash 

Credit card number is needed at time of making appointment. Full service price will be charged for "no show" appointments. Half price will be charge for same day cancellations.  A 20% gratuity will be added to all packages.

$25.00 service charge for returned checks.  

Treatment and Series results may vary. Zen Day Spa does not guarantee results on any of our services, series, packages, or treatments.  

A few clients may experience sensitivity to some of our products. If you know that you are sensitive, you may opt to have a patch test done prior to your treatment. There are no refunds on services rendered. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
